     Discusses the history of Lyme, flawes in testing, the medical community's resistance to acknowledge and treat, and her own family's experience with the disease.

     First noticed in early 1990s the family dog had problems and vet was recommending hip replacement.  Over time, by 1992, several family members began having symptoms and soon all four members developed Lyme Disease.  Ms. Dufel discusses their personal struggle in getting diagnosed, living with the symptoms and treatment, and the road to recovery.
